Bruderholz

Set in the middle of a green residential neighbourhood in Basel, this used-to-be medical practice was reconverted to a smart garden house. As part of a larger scale apartment building renovation, the unit is hidden further down the plot in the middle of a lush garden setting. Challenged by a limited budget and speedy timeline, the design emphasises on creating large spaces with an extensive lighting system, creating a dynamic habitat flow.
